The Position: We’re looking for a Licensed BH Professional for our CommWell Health Four Oaks location at 725 Boyette Rd Four Oaks, NC 27524.

Requirements: 

• Graduation from an accredited/approved college or university with a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or other human services related field. 

• One (1) year of Behavioral Health experience with child/adolescent population (Preferred) 

• New Graduate considered 

•  Spanish speaking bilingual preferred 

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-A), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC or LCMHC-A), with eligibility for licensure within 24 months of date of hire. 

• CPR/AED/First Aid Certificate from American Red Cross or American Heart Association OR 
  BLS Certificate AND Basic First Aid Certificate from American Red Cross or American Heart Association 

•  NCI+ Preventive Certified 

Responsibilities: 

• Licensed Behavioral Health Professional working in outpatient medical setting, providing BH services for Child, adolescent, and families.
