Requirements:
- SPHR/PHR (Preferred)
• Clean driving record with current NC driver’s license and approved by corporate vehicle insurance vendor for driving privileges
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Director, Talent Development, will report directly to Chief Talent Officer, and will lead the day-to-day operations of the Talent Development functions for CommWell Health. The ideal candidate must have a well-rounded and proven track record in Human Resources leadership, specifically within healthcare or related fields. Must have a thorough understanding of healthcare HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Must possess strong leadership and decision-making abilities with expertise in talent Acquisition, workforce planning and employee relations. Proficiency in HRIS systems, analytics and reporting. Will have exceptional communications and people management skills.
