Crew Leader

As a Fence Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation of fences by assisting with
various tasks, including moving materials, digging holes, and using hand tools. Your attention to
detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team will contribute to the successful completion
of each project.

Move concrete bags to designated locations for pouring into post holes
● Transport and position 4x4's, 4x6's, and 6x6's posts on the job site for installation
● Handle and relocate lumber such as 2x4's and 2x6's to the appropriate locations for
installation
● Moving fence pickets to put in place to be installed
● Assist technicians by holding fence materials in place during the installation process
● Utilize post hole diggers to excavate holes for fence posts
● Utilize a variety of hand tools, including hammers, pry bars, shovels, pickaxes, and
sledgehammers, to assist in the construction of fences
● Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
● Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and hazards
