Impact Manager

The Impact Manager plays a key role in promoting the Partnership’s mission by effectively communicating our goals and initiatives to diverse audiences. This position requires strong communication skills and an understanding of nonprofit messaging. Responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and encourage philanthropy. The Impact Manager collaborates with program staff to create compelling narratives that inspire support and build relationships with donors, volunteers, and the community. Additionally, they lead fundraising efforts, identify new fundraising opportunities, and coordinate charity events, emphasizing creativity and collaboration within the organization and with community partners.
