Description

The Quality Support Coach is dedicated to enhancing the quality of childcare services in a three-county territory. This role assists and guides childcare providers through extensive coaching and training, focusing on best practices, our state’s early learning standards, and compliance with licensing requirements. The Quality Support Coach empowers childcare providers to create nurturing and educational environments that foster young children's growth, learning, and well-being. To achieve this, research-based assessment tools are employed to identify specific needs. Based on the assessment results, the coach collaborates with childcare providers to develop quality improvement plans and offers coaching on implementing the tailored strategies outlined in these plans. Overall, this role greatly enhances the lives of children, families, and childcare providers while promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the childcare sector.
