ABOUT THE ROLE

To apply, please click on the company website to be redirected.  As Marketing Manager at Chick-fil-A Flowers, you’ll own the full local marketing function — from crafting seasonal campaigns and building community partnerships to running our social media channels and showing up in a cow costume when the moment calls for it. You’ll work closely with the Operator and store leadership to connect with guests, grow traffic, and make Chick-fil-A Flowers a fixture in the Clayton community.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build the marketing plan. Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with sales goals, in partnership with the Operator.
  • Drive guest traffic. Create and run promotions, events, and community partnerships that bring guests through the door and keep them coming back.
  • Own social media. Manage our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube — planning content, shooting photos/videos, posting, and engaging with followers.
  • Execute in-store campaigns. Keep POP displays, community boards, and outdoor reader boards current for every product launch and seasonal push.
  • Lead community engagement. Oversee spirit nights and school/organization partnerships, ensuring partners actively promote their events.
  • Support the team. Train and communicate with team members on marketing initiatives so everyone knows the what, when, and how.
  • Coordinate with operations. Give leaders advance notice so food, supplies, and staffing are ready for every marketing moment.
  • Champion the brand. Ensure every local touchpoint reflects Chick-fil-A brand standards and enhances our reputation in the community.
  • Analyze and adjust. Track sales trends and CEM guest feedback; use data to sharpen strategies over time.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a leadership role (QSR or retail background a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — including content creation
  • Strong communicator who can build relationships inside and outside the restaurant
  • Creative thinker with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable analyzing data and making strategic decisions based on what you find
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and off-site community events
